We create promotional and brand videos, nonprofit and donor stories, admissions and recruitment videos, honoree and tribute films, event recaps, training videos, animated explainers, social media content, and more. If you have a story to tell or a message to share, we can help find the right format for it.
-
Every project is different. Pricing depends on the number of filming days, crew members, interviews, finished videos, animation, and editing involved. A typical 3–4 minute promotional video ranges from $5,000-$8,000. An event recap video would range from $2,500-$4,000. There are countless variables, so a short conversation will help determine what you need and what it will cost.
-
We try to make the process as smooth as possible. Most full-production projects include planning, scheduling support, interview preparation, professional filming, editing, music, basic graphics, revisions, and delivery of ready-to-use video files. Your contract will spell out exactly what is included so everyone is on the same page before we begin.
-
You do not need to come to us with a finished plan. We can help shape the concept, identify the right stories and speakers, create a filming schedule, prepare interview questions, and think through the final deliverables. We regularly build detailed schedules around different activities, people, grades, departments, or locations. Our goal is to make the process feel organized and manageable.
-
Not necessarily. Many of our strongest videos are built around natural interviews rather than a traditional script. We can create the interview questions and conduct the conversations ourselves so the important ideas come through authentically. When a script, voiceover, talking points, or a detailed outline makes more sense, we can help develop that too.
-
That is completely normal and one of the most important parts of our job. We conduct interviews as relaxed conversations, helping people feel comfortable enough to forget about the camera and speak naturally. You do not need professional presenters to create a compelling video. Putting interviewees at ease is one of the things we get the most compliments for.
-
Imagination Creations is an experienced professional production team, not a one-person operation. Ari leads the creative and client process, and we have a trusted team of professional camera operators, editors and animators. We have been producing professional video since 2006, and our capabilities are reflected in more than 40 five-star Google reviews.
-
It depends on the story and the amount of footage needed. Some projects can be captured in a half day or a single day. Others benefit from multiple days so we can film different activities, programs, people, or locations. For a school, for example, two days can be helpful when different activities happen on different days. We will recommend the most efficient approach after learning what the video needs to accomplish.
-
Our team arrives early to set up professional cameras, lighting, and audio. We typically conduct the interviews and film b-roll—the natural action footage and visual details that help tell the story. We work from an organized schedule while staying flexible enough to capture unexpected moments.
-
Timing varies depending on the project’s complexity, filming schedule, number of deliverables, and how quickly feedback is provided. Before production begins, we will agree on a realistic schedule for filming, the first edit, revisions, and final delivery. If you have a firm event, open house, campaign, or launch deadline, tell us at the start so we can plan around it. Rush timelines may be possible depending on availability.
-
Our standard projects generally include two rounds of revisions unless the proposal says otherwise. We ask clients to gather feedback from all decision-makers and send one consolidated set of notes per round. Small refinements are part of the process. A new concept, major rewrite, reshoot, or added deliverable may require an adjustment to the scope, and we will discuss that before doing extra work.
-
Absolutely. We regularly turn a larger production into short social media videos, teasers, vertical reels, and other cutdowns. In some projects, several short social videos are included along with the main film. Planning those versions before filming helps us capture the right shots and create more value from the production day.

Yes. We can deliver ready-to-go files for websites, social platforms, presentations, event screens, and other uses.
-
Yes. Captions and on-screen text can be included as part of the project scope.
-
Most edited projects include appropriately licensed production music. We select tracks that support the story, pacing, and emotion of the video, and we can share music options or discuss the direction with you before the edit gets too far along. Changing the music late in a complex edit can be a major lift, so it is helpful to get everyone on the same page early. Commercial songs may require separate permission and licensing.

Item descriptionYes. We offer professional aerial drone filming when the location, weather, airspace, and local rules allow it.
-
Yes. We are based in Harlem and regularly work throughout the tri-state area, but our projects have taken us across the United States and around the world. Travel requirements and expenses will be discussed clearly in advance.
-
Definitely. We play well with others. We can work as an extension of your internal team, collaborate with an outside consultant or agency, film footage for another editor, or take the lead and manage the production from beginning to end. We will clarify everyone’s role and the required deliverables before work begins.

Send us a quick note about what you are considering, who the audience is, when you may need it, and any budget range you already have in mind. We will schedule a conversation, ask a few useful questions, and recommend the best path forward. Once the scope is approved, we generally send a project agreement and deposit invoice, lock in the filming date, and begin planning. You do not need to have all the answers before reaching out.
